On-Line Liquidated & Clearance Stock Shop Terms & Conditions

All Liquidated & Clearance stock line items are being sold as a result of company liquidations and closures. These may include New, Ex-Display, End of Line, Slight Seconds, Returned & Cleared Goods.
G J Wisdom & Co offer no warranty or guarantee on goods purchased, however it is our practice to ensure customers are satisfied with goods. Therefore where practically possible, goods are visually inspected and tested to ensure they are fit for purpose. Goods with apparent defects will be listed as such. Should you require further knowledge of items or there history, please contact our sales team who will be happy to assist.

No Refund or Exchange will be offered on goods described with a fault and priced accordingly, but may be offered to customers on other items found faulty or unfit for use but not previously identified. This will exclude postage charges (please contact us to obtain the price of postage for items).

Goods where detailed are sold with the cost of Shipping included. Shipping methods include 1st & 2nd class Royal Mail, My Hermes & Other reputable couriers. Those items that are detailed with Collection Only need to be collected within 7 working days of your purchase. A daily storage charge may be incurred thereafter. Should any subsequent storage charge equal the price of purchase, the item may then be resold to clear outstanding charges due.

All goods for postage will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

Collection of goods will be under the supervision of our sales team and between the hours of 9am-4pm Mon-Fri (Exc Bank Holidays). It is recommended you contact us to arrange a collection time/date to ensure you are able to collect your goods.
