G J Wisdom & Co are instructed by the companies director to offer for sale the Assets of the Business to Include:
the name ‘Jo Jingles’ with all Revenue Streams (from date of sale), the Rights & Obligations in all Existing Franchise Contracts, Merchandise Stock, Digital Assets, Website Content, Training Materials, Trade Marks & Domain Names.

The Business, established in 1996, grew to its peak operating with 82 Franchisers across the UK, with additional Franchises in Australia & Ireland with Trade Mark’s registered in a number of other Countries including, New Zealand, Turkey, China, Russia & Singapore. The Business turnover averaged at around £454,000 (2015-2019) with the sales of new Franchises, Management/Admin Fee’s & Merchandise Sales.

In addition to the Company’s turnover, Franchises increased steadily since the company’s inception and only as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic, has seen a forced decrease of new & existing Franchisers.

We are seeking offers on behalf of the Director, who has decided to fully retire from Jo Jingles Ltd and sell its trade, assets & intellectual property to a like-minded person(s) who can further successfully grow the business.
