‘Town & Around’ – to Cheltenham, Dorchester & Back

After the events and effects of Covid-19, and as restrictions are lifted, we are finding that more companies are now being forced to close there doors perminently. In edition, landlords are now able to reclaim their premises, from companies which have long since closed, leaving behind a variety of assets, which we find ourselves being instructed to remove and sell.

This week, we have been instructed by another Auctioneer to attend and remove the contents of a Precision Moulding Company in Cheltenham. With the assistance of CTM Hire, all machinery, including Forklift, Startrite Bandsaw, Norton Press, Air Compressor & much more was stripped and loaded onto both a 7.5T & Low Loader with Hiab. Shane & Dave attended site to supervise and catalogue the items removed as well as loading some I.T and Smaller Tooling. After a long day's clearance, we decided to stay overnight in Ilminister, in order to carry on to Dorchester the next day and collect a haul of assets, to include Apple I.T, Audio, Sound & Recording Equipment, as well as a variety of designer furniture.

After covering almost 500 miles and completing 2 collections, it's going to be another busy week of lotting and preparing for forthcoming Auctions in June.
