G J Wisdom & Co are instructed by the Directors to seek offers for the Business and Assets of “Benitos” A Mexican Themed Licensed Restaurant Chain offering Street Food in Ambient surroundings.

Benitos is the Trading Name of DGMP UK Limited. Established as a chain of four Mexican themed restaurant/café shops.
Located in London’s popular areas of Covent Garden and Oxford Circus and also with outlets in Oxford City (Westgate) with a full restaurant in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

The Business was originally purchased out of Administration in February 2020, trading was recorded with Management Accounts, produced and available within this pack.
It is clear that Covid prevented the business from developing at the time, and whilst the hospitality industry continues to go through a difficult period, provides benefits for outside investment.

Each of the outlets have existing leases with Break Clauses, detailed further.
Each premises has a good inventory of equipment, themed in a Mexican style and are either currently trading or able to open and trade.
