Registered Trademark of 'Ken Muir Ltd' - in Liquidation.
Ken Muir Ltd was a renowned, family-run UK nursery in Clacton-on-Sea, specialising in high-quality fruit trees, soft fruit bushes, and strawberries for amateur gardeners for over 50 years.
Founded by the late Ken Muir, a renowned expert who won 13 gold medals at the Chelsea Flower Show, the business specialised in container-friendly, dwarf fruit trees (Minarettes) like Victoria Plum and Summer Sun Cherry.
Following on from the liquidation sale of the companies assets and stock, the Trademark is now available for acquisition.
Tender forms must be completed and handed to, or in the possession of, the Auctioneer or their authorized agent by no later than '2pm Tuesday 24th February 2026'
The successful bidder will be notified as soon as possible after this time.
