This post consumer bottle reprocessing company, operates a full production line, consisting of Bail Break, Trommel Separator, Cap & Label Separator, Tomra Autosort Bottle Sorter with EM3 Metal Sensor, Ken Mills Aries Horizontal Bailer, Label Remover, Pre Washer, Granulators, Floating Tanks, Centrifugal Dryers, Steam Boiler, Hot Wash Tanks, Hot Air Drying System, Blow Down Vessel, Tomra Optical Flake Sorter, Eddy Current Separator, Discharge Silo & Twin Bagging Stand.

Additionally, there is a large selection of conveyors linking the line together, a Boge Direct Air UK Air Compressor, 1000L Tank & Dryer, 2 Polymer Preparation Systems, Dissolved Air Floatation System for Water Filtration, Weigh Bridge & Other Associated Assets.

Currently the production line produces 18,000 tons per year of 100% Clear rPET Flakes.

The production lines with metal and dust removal systems, where all materials are pre-sorted before going into production. Produce 100% clear and blue tint rPET flakes using these highly advanced processing machines.
Including industry top brand TOMRA Innosort flake sorter and auto-sort bottle sorters with NIR systems to maintain the highest quality.
